Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Elastec Trade platform (the “Service”), which is operated by Elastec Trade (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

Use of the Service is intended solely for businesses and organizations. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You further confirm that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Description of the Service

Elastec Trade provides a cloud-based, white-label trading infrastructure that enables businesses to manage trading operations at scale. The platform allows users to connect trading accounts, copy trades across multiple users, monitor performance, and integrate with external systems through APIs and webhooks.

Elastec Trade does not act as a broker, financial intermediary, investment advisor, or custodian of funds. We do not execute trades on behalf of users directly, nor do we hold or manage client funds.

Account Registration and Responsibility

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Any unauthorized use of your account, including misuse of API credentials or integrations, is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any breach of security or unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the platform in any way that could harm the system, other users, or third-party services.

This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with system performance, reverse engineering the platform, or using automated systems in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits.

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, if misuse is detected.

Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments such as forex, cryptocurrencies, or other derivatives involves significant risk and may result in substantial financial loss. You acknowledge and agree that you fully understand the risks associated with trading.

Elastec Trade provides tools for trade execution and management but does not guarantee any level of performance, profitability, or success. Factors such as market volatility, broker conditions, latency, and system dependencies may impact execution results.

You are solely responsible for evaluating and managing all risks associated with your trading activities.
